In order to use the self-service area, your account must be enabled for it. Just try to login, it will only succeed if you're enabled.

Only lower-case letters, not your email!

Please note: For your first login to the new plattform, you can use your current trash.net / Pong password. The system will then set this password on the new plattform. You will have to change the password at the latest 90 days after the first login.

Only you should know your password. Please never share passwords! Use password-storage tools like KeePass or PasswordSafe to store passwords safely.
